Justin R and Freddie D have been with our son Ryan for over 10 years and we have gained so much insight from them on how to work with and help Ryan with his behaviors. They got us through the double whammy of Covid and distance learning as well as puberty, which led Ryan to having some extreme behaviors that we struggled with. They always provided positive ways to handle issues using their backgrounds and own teaching experiences. Ryan has come a long way from where he was, and this is part because of these young men.

Working with Melissa Paladino has truly been a positive experience for our family. From the very beginning, she has made us feel heard, supported and never judged. Her patience, kindness and genuine care were evident in every interaction we've had with her. Melissa really took the time to hear about our situation and has always provided us with great strategies.
