1:1 Behavior Support in School Settings

  • Our professionals work directly with students in the classroom or other school environments to provide individualized behavioral support.

  • Our BIPs are developed in collaboration with school teams and caregivers to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and sustainability across environments.

Staff and Teacher Consultation & Training

  • We provide hands-on coaching and professional development for school staff to implement positive behavior strategies and best practices.

  • Emphasis is placed on proactive, trauma-informed, and inclusive approaches that are practical and adaptable to diverse learning environments.

Home-Based Behavior Intervention Services

  • ICA staff can also provide behavior intervention services to students who require more intensive interventions in the home to help generalize skills learned in school.

  • Our highly trained staff deliver 1:1 support in the home setting to:

    • Reinforce learning and promote the transfer of skills across environments.

    • Reduce interfering behaviors that may hinder academic or social progress.

    • Teach functional communication, daily living, and self-regulation skills in the context of the family routine.

  • Caregivers are encouraged to observe or participate in these sessions to promote consistency and foster long-term success through caregiver coaching and collaboration.
